APARTMENTRIORENT accepts requests only through correctly filled in forms on our site If nevertheless you as a user send to APARTMENTRIORENT.com. a request of a booking and the housing is already booked out we will inform you immediately with the alternatives available. If it is decided not to accept any of them, all the personal information, will be erased immediately.
• SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS
The reservation becomes effective the moment that apartmentriorent.com. receive the money, in case of bank transfer, the fax receipt of the wire transfer.
• PAYMENT
APARTMENTRIORENT.com will send you the booking confirmation, as soon as they receive the pre-payment by bank transfer (or the fax copy of the wire transfer as a proof) or after having charged your credit card for the amount of the prepayment. The outstanding amount must be paid in cash directly to the owner on arrival.
Keep in mind : remaining balance will be due at your arrival in Cash and we do accept only bills of 50 or 100 USD and Euro of 50, 100 & 500.
• METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit cards through PAYPAL services (Visa, EuroCard/ MasterCard, American Express ) and by bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank commissions. It is very important to send us the receipt of the wire transfer (with your name, passport nr., complete address, telephone and email address) by fax. We can only reserve the accommodation after we have received this fax.
Security of payments made by credit cards. Secure online payment with PAYPAL services.We will send you a confirmation email for the accommodation on receipt of the prepayment.
• CANCELLATION
70 or more days before arrival: Full refund of the prepayment.
46 until 69 days before arrival: 50% refund of the prepayment
45 days before arrival or less: There is no refund.
Changes of bookings: tTo change a booking, it is necessary first to cancel the one you want to change and then to make the new one.
• CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
If you have booked an accommodation you should go directly to the address indicated in the accommodation confirmation received by apartmentriorent.com The contact person will do the check in, the check out and hands you the keys. Check in time is between 14:00 and 20:00. In case of delay the contact person has to be advised immediately. Check out must be before 10:00.IF no other guest isexpected on this same day, and upon previous communication to the owner, we'll try to be flexible regarding the hour you leave the apartment.
The owner or his representative will come to check the apartment, get the keys and give you back the full deposit if no damages are done In case of a delay in the occupation of the accommodation, or in case of an unanticipated departure, there will not be any change of the total rental price.
On arrival to the accommodation, please give a copy of your identity papers to the contact person for legal prescribed registration. The contact person of the domicile has the right to refuse admittance guests who do not present identity papers. It is not permitted to stay in the accommodation with persons other than those mentioned on the booking form or those who are with you on arrival. Any change of persons during the stay is strictly forbidden, except when prior to arrival permission, has been asked of the contact person and granted by him. Furthermore it is not permitted to stay in the accommodation with more people than mentioned in the booking confirmation. In such cases the landlord has the right to ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
N.B. For day of rent THEY intends the 24h thatgo from the h12AM of one day to the h12AM of the following day.

DURING THE STAY
You will have to treat the accommodation you are renting out and all of the equipment that belongs to the accommodation with care. Possible rules of the accommodation and its environment have to be respected in all moments and you will also have to respect the neighbours. If there is any damage done to the accommodation or to the equipment in it, it has to be communicated immediately to the contact person. You will be held responsible for any damage of the accommodation or the equipment, done by you or one of your travel passengers.
• DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Bring along domestic animals normally is not permitted in all accommodations. In certain cases (blind dogs, pets for psychological disturbed children, etc.) it is possible to give special permissions. Please inquire prior to reservation if you may bring along the animal.
• DESCRIPTIONS OF ACCOMMODATION
All information regarding the accommodation, including the photos and prices is provided by the property owner. Apartmentriorent.com does its very best to verify this information and keep it up to date, but apartmentsholiday.com can never be held liable for the content in the descriptions of the accommodation.
• RESPONSIBILITY
Apartmentriorent.com acts as an agent for private accommodation owners. Therefore Apartmentriorent.com can never be responsible for delays, accidents, losses, changes of schedules and rates, damages, etc. (neither for persons nor for objects), that may occur in any of its suppliers services.

- errors, omissions, or misspelled words misrepresentation by third parties
- personal damages or injuries incurred while staying in one of the accommodations of this Web site
- disputes between a consumer and a third party

Additional charges accommodations:
Additional charges are to be paid to the owner or guardian of the APARTMENT.
ENERGY COST
Electric energy Included, but With A LIMIT OF 30 Euros(80rs) a Week.
When ENERGY COSTS is totally included, will come signalled.
CLEANING
Is Owner's obligationto deliverthe keys with perfectly clean apartment and 2 changes of towels and laundry.
Possible additional cleanings during the permanence will be to load of the client .
Exception are signalled in card( particular rents of condominiums of luxury that include 2 ,3 weekly cleanings).
